RJ is the Owner, Producer, and Host for Penn-Ohio Radio.

Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, he is a lifer in the world of sports and talk. Starting as a DJ in 2006 for minor league baseball and spring training for the Dodgers in Vero Beach, Florida, RJ got his big break behind the mic in 2007 as a part time Radio Color Commentator and Public Address Annoucer for the Vero Beach Devil Rays. RJ also worked for 4 years as a DJ and Public Address Annoucer for the St. Lucie Mets in Port St. Lucie Florida.

As recently as 2023, RJ was the lead Public Address Announcer for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, a team in the MLB Draft League in Niles, OH. RJ is currently a Twitch streamer by the name of "RJtheDJ", hosting gaming and talk streams, while broadcasting the occasional Baseball game or 2.
